Wellness Concierge Coaching
$195 / month
Personalized fitness coaching, lifestyle guidance, and accountability focused on strength, consistency, recovery, and sustainable weight management. Concierge wellness plans may specialize in menopause support, nutrition education, peptide education, whole‑person and spiritual wellness, and customized fitness programming. Services are available as non‑medical wellness coaching, with the option to coordinate alongside an independent, medically supervised program if desired.
